Product Overview:

ERNiFeCr-1, also known as Incoloy® Filler Metal 65, is a nickel-chromium-iron (Ni-Cr-Fe) filler metal used for Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG) and Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG) processes. It offers excellent weldability, good strength, and corrosion resistance for joining various nickel-based alloys.

Applications :

• Welding of Incoloy® 825 and other nickel-chromium-molybdenum-copper alloys to themselves or to similar alloys.

• Overlaying for corrosion resistance on steels.

• Applications in chemical and process industries requiring resistance to reducing and oxidizing environments at elevated temperatures (up to 1600°F / 870°C).

• Store in a dry place away from moisture and contaminants.
• Maintain clean gloves when handling to prevent contamination.
